Glass Lewis weighs in on board diversity disclosure
Recently, Glass Lewis issued two reports: one report which shows how Glass Lewis will apply its updated policies for board diversity this year – and one report which shows how Glass Lewis applied its methodology last year in practice.

Meanwhile, check out this study from KPMG which reveals the latest board diversity disclosure stats, such as:
– 57% of S&P 500 companies – and 25% of Russell 3000 companies – disclosed the board’s aggregate racial and ethnic diversity.
– Of the 73% of S&P 500 companies that disclosed the board’s overall racial and ethnic diversity; 36% disclosed this information on an individual director basis, compared to just 16% in the prior year.
– Of the 36% of Russell 3000 companies that disclosed the board’s overall racial and ethnic diversity, 17% disclosed this information on an individual director basis, compared to just 5% in the prior year.
